The Pivot 12 and Pivot 14 'Jib' bindings didn't come with lifter plates, which is what made them 'Jib', apparently.
However, it's worth nothing that (almost all, I think, depending on generation) these bindings don't have the proper full turntable heel. They have the funny dildo heel that's like... semi turntable. It doesn't have the adjustable arms, it has solid aluminium ones and you adjust the forwards pressure with a track just like most other bindings. I personally suspect these bindings have a propensity for ripping out the heelpiece, but that's just me.
I'm 99% sure the new (actually old) Pivots are just Pivots, there's no Jib or otherwise.
As for OPs question... this guy has been asking about 18 DIN bindings for ages. I think it's just some kid dreaming out loud on the interwebnet... or planning to be poser-ific. As I said in some of his other threads, if you have to ask these kinds of questions about 18 DIN bindings, you probably shouldn't be on an 18 DIN binding.
