Kerry said that he would not allow his PAC to accept gifts over $10,000.
Kerry said he was opposed to the death penalty for terrorists.
Kerry said that military service should not be a litmus test for president.

Kerry presented legislation in 1997 to reduce the Intelligence budget and questioned the size of our Intelligence services.
