hey. i have these old, purple, fischer skis that are like 140 cm. they have a salomon s457 binding (really old school) and i want to make them twin tip. i dont have a heat gun, so would boiling water do it? also, the bindings are made for kids boots. but i wear mens boots (obviously). how can i get a ski shop to put the bindings so they fit my boots? they probably wouldnt because of liability etc. etc. i just wanna use them for rail and shit, backyard rail in the summer, no snow, just carpet and cement. any help would be appreciated
