Should I warranty?

The other day I noticed a rip in the back of my saga jacket. It's near the base and about 4 and a half inches long. Should I warranty this or just sew it?

sew it. Sounds like a dubious warranty claim anyway

It happens on most outerwear eventually so definitely sew it I dont think a warranty would cover that.
