Font 450 out help

got it once... all the other times i have to shuffle out....

more edge for gripping? or is it more just hucking and spinning?

words of help are kindly wanted...

assuming your right foot fowards...

turn your shoulders to the left and push against the rail with your right foot, then push off the rail and spin your shoulders to the right real fast like

Dude, it's just a matter of doing it over and over. Rail tricks just take a lot of practice to get consistent, and front 4 off is really hard trick at first. You just gotta commit to going blind.

This.

And also make sure to wait until you are at the very end of the rail to pop off and spin or else you might get your tails caught on something (happened to me when I was learning them). Also try to keep the spin smooth rather than just hucking it. I also find them easier to do off rails than boxes.

So you set 180 tap then 270 out on k-feds? A front 4 out isn't really at all like a k-fed. K-fed involves resetting your edge grip. I appreciate your nonsensical advice.

Actually I learned front swap front fours out before I learned normal fours out simply because after a front swap I would reset my edge grip which would help with pressure, idk something to think about.

For me it was all about using my head and shoulders more. I can 2 out and barely move my shoulders, but when learning 4s i found that you have to lead more with your head to whip the spin around. Good luck!

to get a font 450 you need ti change your font and then type 450 then press the x in  the corner

When I want to front 4 out, I do a few front 2s out and get super comfortable with that, then I just think about hucking a 2 a little harder and keep looking at 2 to get it around. It's all just getting the feel of how fast you need to spin.

Fuck I can do front 4's consistently but holy shit am I bad at back 4's. In fact I have only ever been able to stomp 3 of them.

he means commit to going blind to your landing, like you would in a 360 or any spin above.

landed one clean today! other ones shuffled out... its super frustrating. if you dont have the grip right every time i cant get enough spin to come around.

scissoring is pretty important. whenever I do them I visualize doing a front 2 but landing forward...kind of hard to explain. pull your knees up too.

Just landed my first 450 out today and i just wanted to brag about it so i bumped this.

Took me so long to get it on film but when i did it was so clean and i swagged the fuck out. + yeah i learned that 90% of it is really in your grip on the rail. i land onto the rail already gripping, not trying to grip towards the end.

Yeahh i guess you kinda have to when your doing more advanced tricks......but up until now my best trick was a switchup no k-fed, or a 270 out. Im starting to play with the big boys now i guess :)

Oh and now that im progressing my mountain is closing :/ today was last day lol

When i learned them I would think about having a little bit of a wider stance on the rail, and dipping that edge as much as i could. Once im off the rail, just stand straight up and you'll get it around. It may take a little while to make them look good, but keep practicing them!

I learned by just not spotting my landing for a 270 and bringing it around to a 450. If you can't spin very fast just find a rail that a little higher up and go for a front 2 but continue it to a 4

For front 4 I have to spin the opposite way then I normally do but I just hop and think about facing forward again and just getting my shoulders back forward

sometime when i would "huck" them i'd actually start to go off axis on accident and i could never stomp em right. its a lot more control than a huck

when i was learning i found it easier to imagine it as a 2, and then just keep going if that makes sense. whenever i thought about it too much i would spin weird and fall
