Phone got stolen! what should i do?

so i was at a party and my stupid drunk self set my phone on the table next to me while i was sleeping and it got stolen. I know who did it, and ive called the kid out over facebook message but he hasnt responded.

any ideas on how to get my phone back? anyone else been in this situation that has advice? any nice things you can say about me to make me feel better?

i already shut off the service and hes not going to try and use it anyway, hell sell it.

it was an iphone 4s with a swagged out case and a screen protector plastic thing

this calls for extremist anarchy.. but only if your sure it was him. First you send him a message saying you know it was him he has 3 days to either drop the phone in your mailbox(he might be shy/ashamed to confront you in person) or give it to you at school. The night of the 3rd day if it hasnt been safely returned, you take a trip over to his place, and you T.P. that mothafuckas house, throw a few eggs as well (it might sound fun to bring friends but do it alone, that way nobody can rat you out and NOBODY will ever know it was you or where you were when this went down). message him the next morning telling him your upset your phone hasnt turned up yet still, give him 2 days. Then the fun begins, return and repeat this time bring spraypaint, make sure its late enough at night(obviously). repeat the TP, then egg then spraypaint (whatever you want make it fun and humorous). And thats a sure way to get your phone back bud if that doesnt work then message me and il take it from there :D

well in context it was that he would naturally be stronger and more likely to ruthlessly beat my ass...

but other than that blacks are statistically more likely to commit crimes, and from personal experience they tend to be the ones that steal stuff at parties or break stuff or tag stuff or really hurt kids in fights. sorry if that's racist but just what ive seen.
