Is a handdrag akin to running at a chest-high fence, planting your hand, and jumping over it 180? (or 360/540)
I'm just trying to get some visualization. I've watched a bunch of videos, and I tried one this weekend, but it wasn't pretty. I'm not very good at manipulating my body in the air unless I can really think it out beforehand.

I think it's more like kickin someone in the nuts with both feet while keeping yourself from falling down with one hand, a mix of kung-fu and parkour really.
