We have banana trees at my gym that the new guys (like me even though I have 4-5 months of Muay Thai experience now) are supposed to kick for 15 minutes at the beginning of every class like this:


Ours is a LOT thicker though. And we do have those bamboo mat things too that the advance guys use.
