I bought this about 6 months ago direct from Canon as a Refurbished item to use as second camera for a project that never happened. I have been using it lightly for home photos and video of the kids it has never been to the mountain or in any kind of weather.
I paid the same current price for it on their website for the Refurb body of $479.99 + 7%tax=$513.59 It comes with all the basics like the strap, charger, battery, software, manuals, body cap, cables and Canon Refurb packaging.
