Honestly it all depends on when, and how you sleep. Can you get up in the morning? If so, take some classes through 8am-1pm. Your afternoons will be free, but you'll definitely have to go to sleep earlier. Personally I need at least 6 hours at night or else I pass out after classes for an hour or two.
You could also just do the opposite and take night classes like mentioned before. It would feel more like a chore though. Waking up for skiing that is. Would probably have less fun if you felt you had to keep to an early schedule for skiing.
You shouldn't let other people decide this shit for you though. It will really affect your grades if you pick what someone else told you because they just said "this way is the best". Just what works out best for you. Maybe set aside a few days to test.
