Slacklining

I saw the video below and i want to try it. Tell me everything i need to know. i google searched and honestly didn't find too many helpful pages. What is the cheapest setup you could use? Is it really fun? I'm looking to do it over water at my cottage in the 1000 islands. post your own edits! (not random people please, i can go on youtube for that) any advice would be appreciated!

For those of you who haven't, try going barefoot! I did yesterday for the first time, and it was unbelievable how much easier it made it

no but seriously it is much easier barefoot and it helps you relax your leg muscles more if you think about letting your foot melt around the line which is the key to the whole thing

Just slacklined for like 30 minutes after track today, it was like my 4th day on it and I'm actually impressed at how fast you can progress with it. I walked the whole like back and forth then did my first like bounce to air, then bounced to 360 dismount, then switch-up, then switch-up to 180 dismount, then switch up to 360 dismount. I know I'm claiming hard but it was way too fun to not talk about!

One time it when it snowed and i got home from a long day of skiing, i made a little jump and attached mine to two trees on a mellow slope and hit it like an urban rail. It wasn't super sweet but you could get like 10 feet without it pushing you off and it doesnt mess with your line at all. I definitely recommend trying this once, it is really fun and easy to do.

this. slacklining in bare feet is like 3 times easier because your feet wont slide around inside your shoes
