There is a bend in the break of 1 binding that I bend back all the time. Also I am missing the half moon piece on 1 binding. You can always email your local rep and they can give you the half moon piece, you may have to pay an 8 dollar shipping charge for that though.
Overall I would give them 8 out of 10 condition just becuase of cosmetic scratches. Shoot me a PM.
