I have a problem with crunk_ryan.... any ideas

so about a 6 weeks ago i ordered a hoodie from crunk_ryan, he's got great feedback and like 30,000 karma. The hoodie never came so i pm'd him like three times but all of the messages are not read and he hasn't been on the NS in 30 days. Am i screwed? does anyone know the guy?

You should be able to get his address from when you sent him payment via PayPal. Send him a letter. Alternately, use a People Search function using his name and address. This will get a home phone number. Calls to parents can work wonders.
