Tim D's vest

So I was browsing the 2012 Freeskier buyer's guide and stumbled upon a Smith ad with a picture of Tim D. The vest he was wearing was bangin! It was black with gold logos and zippers.

Was this ever put into production?

That's what I thought at first, but the shot is from Prospecting Idaho in 2010 (I think), which would mean it would be 2012 at the latest.
