Hi blue is the best for night skiing, but the Hi intensity yellow which is the base of that lens will burn your eyes if one of the 'some days' is sunny.... get two lens...

If you do mostly night skiing, get the Hi blue, and a regular persimon for the sunny days. so it isnt that bad, its 120 for a hi blue and 60 for a persimon (canadian money).

no, it just takes a technique. and yes, your much better off to get 2 or three lenses. if you cant get the persimmion, cause thats good all around. i have fire, persimmion, and clear. the clears are kinda ugly, but they work great and are cheap. the yellow ones with the blue mirror is the best night lense.
