Replying to New Video: Family Vacation Episode 3

Hey guys, I just finished another episode of Family Vacation, and I was hoping to get some feedback on it. This was my first time shooting urban, and lighting was a problem as you can probably see. I also had some audio issues that resulted in my mic requiring warrantying so I don't think I came anywhere close to where I could have in that department. Those are the issues that I think are prominent, what are your thoughts on it?
