I haven't gotten much time on a trampoline, but I've had a few short sessions where I was focused on trying a backflip. The first time I didn't really try it, and the second time I just couldn't get my body to do it. I almost landed on my head twice, but I just couldn't huck it. I think it's only my mindset, because I have a broken back, but I really don't want that to stop me. I can throw frontflips no problem but I guess backs just scare me. I know this is stupid, but I would rather just try one on skis first. My local hill is getting to rent a bagjump next week which I'm really stoked about and I really want to progress, but I would really like to do a back on a tramp.
