I feel like saga has a little but higher quality, for example, within the 1st week of having his fd, my friends pocket got a hole big enough for his phone to fall in. Just my opinion. Saga > FD

FD colourways are wack, and ive heard quality sucks, but i know kids who have it and love it. But saga just seems more legit customer service wise, as well as most of their shit is tight.

My friend just ordered Saga "the on deck" and I ordered a FD vertika jacket so we will have to compare them haha.Seriously,I think Saga is definitely better quality from what I've heard.But FD also has lower prices.From what I'm hearing the new FD stuff is alot better than previous and at $137 I really couldn't pass it down.

i prefer having mine be a vest when i want which is why i wanted it over saga. also the quality is just as good as any jacket i have ever had. colorwise you can just get a strait black jacket if you want

Also would like to add the fact that for a completely customizable jacket...they don't have many colors...but I'm sure u would be happy with whichever

I've never seen/worn/felt First Drop, so I can't comment on the quality, but I love my Saga jacket and pants. Looks sick and keeps me dry. I also like that its a shell so I can layer up, instead of sweating my balls off in an insulated jacket. I feel like the material could be a little bit tougher (compared to some Burton and North Face gear I've had, my Saga just doesn't seem quite as durable), but overall it's holding up well after two seasons.

The only thing bad about my Saga is, when a boat load of rain is hitting it for about 20min. Then it starts to soak through.
