Ordering from Armada

i wasnt really sure where to put this thread but i thought this might be the best place

i ordered an armada hoodie from the armada canadian website
on feb 1st it was supposedly shipped and was supposed to arrive feb 7th it has almost been a week since it was supposed to comein and whenever i check the tracking order with fed ex it says the order has been initiated, i have contacted both fresh sports ltd (the store it was shipped from) and armada them selves and both stopped replying. what should i do? Has this happened to anyone else?

Never has happened to me. I have ordered a total of 2 sweatshirts and one jacket and they came fairly quick.

i emailed fed ex and they replied with tracking information that showed nothing

you're not ordering from armada when you order on their website...

the closest armada dealer to your house is the one that processes and ships your order

it takes time for their system to track down who has what you ordered in stock, and for it to leave their shop

next time order from backcountry.com or someone if you need something sent to you in a pinch

this. it's run through a company called Shopatron. awesome way for shop's to get products sold.

k well the shop said theyd send out another one today but they still havent sent a tracking order.

I ordered poles on in janurary. they shipped on the 2nd. I still haven't gotten them, I'm about to call my bank and file a claim for a refund. they lost my support fo life

You should just call up Armada, and tell them everything that has happened. They're usually pretty easy going guys, and would get something sorted out for you..
