I'd like to know if anyone has found any other treatment methods for healing shin bang other than
-anti inflammatory drugs
-ice
-not skiing for a while (I hate this one)
or any prevention methods other than
-getting boots that fit (a no- brainer)
-wearing boots tight
-not landing back seat (impossible if you're trying new tricks)
-getting better socks
-getting a footbed
-buying fulltilts (-k to anyone who recommends this-IT'S NOT A FIX)
-getting booster straps (i have them, they help a little but not much)
+K for new ideas
-K for hate, or posting one of my already mentioned "Old Ideas"
