Hey ns so I got a saga pop up account and was really pumped on it so I went immediately went to try it out. I tried order a order and It said that I had an item that was sold out. So I went back and re-ordered with a different item to replace it. Well when I go under my accounts, it says that order #100000074(the one that didn't work) was processing while order #100000075 (the one that did work) was processing as well but this one also had a button for "re-order" does this mean that saga might have not gotten my order or it didn't go through or what? +k for help.
I also ordered from the pop-up & think it did not work. Never got the same emails that I usually do from the normal online site. Tried them on Twitter with no reply yet.
just got an email back form saga, they worked it out and are canceling order #100000074 and shipping order #100000075. super pumped on their customer service now
