No, but on the top buckle, there are latches that hold the cable in. You are able to put the cables back a notch or two. This makes the top cable shorter.

If your top is still too loose, look into a booster strap.
Yer i just got it done then. Go to a shop that stocks full tilt parts and get shorter cables. If your not near a shop that stocks them you could order then online, just have to find out your cable size now and order the size down.
I have had 3 pairs of full tilts, the original booters, and two pairs of hot doggers. All with the same basic shell. I have noticed that even at the tightest notch, they sometimes arnt tight enough. Yes, you can adjust the latch on the top buckle, but that still doesnt do much, the best recommendation I have is to either tighten your strap up top really tight, or get booster straps. They will keep that tongue and liner close to your shin, and reduce shin bang
