Anyone else deal with epic tool bags that hate you to no extent for no good reason?

mines red and black.

my tote bag is on the smaller size.

mine is pretty organized.

and favorite tool is probably voltometer.

but my most used tool is a C wrench and LED flashlight and/or LED headlamp.

i dont work construction.. i work film shoots.. and mine is pretty organized going into the shoot, but it inevitably gets worse throughout... but i try to keep it somewhat organized

I prefer a tool tote over a bag, a bag will always get cluttered but a tote has so many pockets for screw drivers and tools

i have a box, its a shitty small one but i like it because i dont have a dedicated bay at my shop, so i move it around alot.

my most used tool is probably either my flaslight, for like state inspections/checking out cars, or my 3/8 ratchet.

I do not have a garage so generally I keep a set of tools in my truck. The small stuff goes in this flat top toolbox

This, and all the bigger stuff go into my bigger toolbox which looks something like this

Of course a man can never have to many tools, so I make sure to keep a second set of the essentials in the house. The small stuff and my skillsaw go in this bag

i always keep the basic tools for binding adjustment/repair in the pink adidas duffel bag i use for skiing, power tools in their plastic box, half the tools are on the second floor where we're remodeling and the other half are in the garage. but as was posted above, a plastic milk crate is the best. i've got a tool tote kinda thing around one where i keep all the essentials.

i like the tool bag you put on a five gallon bucket. tools you use a lot go on the outside, random crap like saws and wrenches get thrown in the middle
