Replying to Props to K2!
So I recently broke my 2month used 2011 K2 Revivals, by catching the underside of a box at my local ski hill. This resulted in my left ski essentially breaking at a 45 degree angle. I was very distraught, as this certainly is not covered in the described warranty. Yet I kept hope alive, and decided to send them back to K2, so they could inspect them and see if they would be covered.
Then a few days ago, I received a packaged at my local ski shop, from K2 containing brand new 2012 Recoils for me! I've been so stoked, and am just waiting for them to be mounted.
I just wanted to give a shout out to my boys at K2 for hooking me and helping make the rest of my winter amazing, and not suck! I'm definitely going to buy from them in the future, knowing how kick-ass their customer service is and such. Props!
