like people mentioned above theres no jumps, but they have really nice rails. its also super flowy.

RCR resorts did this stupid thing a few years ago so that none of their parks would have jumps. I think it stemmed from that celebrity girl dying at tremblant

not sure at all but i think it's because someone had a serious accident on a jump a couple years ago and now they just don't want to build any jumps because of this. also, at bromont, another park in Qc, we are not allowed to flip anymore because too many person hurt themselves by trying backflip and frontflip...

yeah true…Tremblant is Intrawest resorts though, not RCR.

Yeah I know tremblant is owned by intrawest. I meant it's what sparked it. Now that I think of it though that was probably what sparked the mandatory helmet in the park rule sinceshe wasn't wearing a helmet. I could be wrong though

Tremblant has no affiliation with Sainte Anne. Tremblant is with Intrawest if I am not mistaken.

i think the helmet in the park rule has been an insurance law for awhile longer. though I'm not positive.

I've skied there a few times..

Helmets are mandatory in the park in QC and also, if you can go shred Stoneham instead of Mt. Saint-Anne, you'll have a better time cause the park is way more sick there.

MSA got a sick park but you need to take the turtle chairlift and the chairlift is not open at night.. so you need to go down all the mountain to take the chairlift or the gondola to go up again.

MSA park is almost always icy and they got only one slope with features on it.. Stoneham got the 418 slope run and the XL park run and Stoneham is quite cheaper than MSA !

Nahhh, they've had no jumps since long before Liam Neeson's wife died, if that's what you're referring to. I'm pretty sure it was some guy out west at like Lake Louise or some other RCR mountain who had a serious head injury trying something ridiculous off a jump.

Nothing to do with Tremblant

OP, St Anne does have a really flowy and fun park without jumps, but if you're really dead set on jumping you can always take a day or two at Le Massif. Not too far away and unlike St Anne and Stoneham, it isn't owned by RCR.

I have only been to le Massif 3 times, but each time I went their jumps left quite a bit to be desired. They weren't bad, but they were very small.

When I was at MSA all the jibs were unreal, the park was so sick. You would have to be a real downer not to have a blast on their park.

I'm riding Stoneham twice a week and St anne every week or so. Stoneham is a lil cheaper but if you go to St-Anne during the day, you can lap the park big time with the turtle chairlift. At night, I would recommend going to Stoneham. In terms of rail, both mountain have sick features.

If you hit the right conditions, you will have a fanstatstic time there. Quebec city is also absolutely beautiful, so enjoy it - do the touristy stuff, check out the old town etc. Shop around and check out the microbreweries in town, they serve up some of the best beer in Quebec.

As far as that mountain goes, skip the park - it's absolute shit, and you have to pay for it. There are just rails, and no jumps - as has been already pointed out.

If the conditions are good, just stay in the trees all day - they get great snow up there and the glades at MSA are fucking sick, you'll get fresh lines all day.

Im going tomorrow for a school trip. Its true they dont have any jumps, it does suck, but the rails are pretty sick flow. last year they decided to groom during the day and cut off the whole park so we made a huge jump on la crete which is the longest and farthest run to the right. the staff was cool with it, whole bunch of patrollers went by and didnt even care.

conditions were shit last year and hopefully its good this year.
