I've been working on this trick for awhile and when I watch it on camera it turns out looking nothing like a cork 720. What is this trick, give me some tips please?
^ that made my head hurt! at first it looked like a rodeo and then it was an underflip and by the time he landed I'd given up trying to name it.
to OP, i think it's an underflip 7. some of the more spinny versions looked a little dspin as well. i used to do the same when trying cork 7s. so legit you got that tailgrab in there. if you want to go corked instead you'll have to work on setting a spin instead of throwing yourself back on the takeoff into a flip.
i say its underflip 7. my suggestion to do cork 7 besides the obvious (which is do more spin less flip) would be to try and throw straight up 7s for a bit. if you can do those great. but if not try them and then you can work on differentiating the different levels of cork.
right now youre coming off the lip and imediately throwing your head down under neath yourself. start the rotation as you come off the lip not the flip. start the spin and let you shoulders stay back, and hips and feet travel up into the air as you start the spin.
To further comment on this thread since it showed up again, its an underflip 7. You are going 90, lincoln plus spin to 360 which is an underflip 7. D's and cork's look exactly alike just one is more backflipped (D) if that makes sense. This is not a D7 nor a cork 7.
