You again with your bull shit. I just wrote a huge fucking thing in the other thread about Capitol punishment but here it goes again. First off, the reason I believe they should "legalize" isn't because I smoke the marijuana. It's because it would free the majority of the prison and jail population. I could go on but I'm on mobile and typing is ass. My opinion on Capitol punishment, anyone that kills or rapes someone deserves to die. Murderers affect everyone that that person knew and was friends with. Rapers fuck up that persons whole life. Not only will they have to think about it for the rest of there life, they are going to live there life paranoid wondering f someone's watching them. Now why kill them for what they did? First they won't ever have the chance to do it again. Second is it will make people think twice before try go and kill or rape that person. In my opinion making them sit in jail to mak them "think about what they did" is retarded to me, when later they have the option to get out and maby do it again. Why take the chance? Just kill them. I have a question, if someone raped or killed someone you loved wouldn't you want vengeance? Wouldn't you be so angry that they did that you would want them killed so you know they can never do it again? I just don't understand how someone could just be happy with someone sitting in jail for a punishment. Unfortunately it wouldn't be good enough for me, while there life goes on in prison I would have I sit and think about how that guy probably doesn't care and It would piss me off everyday. End rant.

But anyway I don't think she deserves to die or get life in prison what she did is fucked up but the world Is a better place once we can learn to forgive. Sure you can give the girl the death penalty and that might satisfy people and the family but it's not gonna ease the pain of a lost daughter. The girl is only 15 instead of casting her out we should relize that forgiveness and compasion might be just what this girl needs, instead of thinking of ways to make her life hell we should think of ways to save her life. If the family can find it in their hearts to forgive with time I think that they will find themselfs in a way reserecting the life of there daughter through the life of the girl.

It's not about psychology dude. You might think it is but for me it's simple crime and punishment and I couldn't care if there are mitigating circumstances or bad upbringing that lead to it. Absolutly nothing that could come to light short of her not being guilty of the crime can excuse what she did and I believe the only moral punishment for shit like this is swift death. Nope you should fuck off and rest assured that I am a staunch believer in the death penalty for people like this piece of shit and that regardless of mentally state you must be held accountable for your actions and it doesn't make me ignorant to believe that those consequences, in the correct situation should include swift death as an option, preferably by firing squad to conserve $ and limited the need for expensive equipment. The Utah actually carried out death by firing squad 2 years ago I believe by request of the condemned man... The state didn't want to but he had his right to choose the method in Utah and they had to honor it. Your free to believe differently and I'm glad there's discourse about it but you can fuck off if all you have to say is you know better, that I'm ignorant and I some how lose credibility by not believing there is any excusable explanation for thrill killing.
