A footbed is the answer. sometimes a slip in can be enough. ie. superfeet.
If not, and you have good range of movement through your foot a good custom footbed can correct your stance alignment.
If your navicular bone is very prominent you may still require a punch or grind to the shell to give it the bone the space it will need.
