Replying to Liberty of speech

I've been thinking,when does the liberty of speech go to far?

For example:CHOI,the Quebec radio station was force to close down because some fussy people dind't like the content,because the said bad things about celebreties.Imagine if some losers doesn't like the stuff being discussed on NS and the site must be shut down?

so think about it...
When does the liberty of speech go over the limit?
Do we REALLY have freedom of speech?
