Replying to Help with my pre sleep ritual

OK so my now ex-girlfriend has gotten all of her things out of my apartment and I can move on with my life. Only problem is that the tv that was in the bedroom was hers. I need to know good websites to watch free tv shows and movies. Also suggestions for shows and movies I can download would be appreciated. Over the years I have formed a habit that I cannot fall asleep without watching something first. Please help. Thanks folks.
