Santorum says he believes in religious freedom, but constantly advocates for religious laws that limit the freedom of other (non christian) religions.

Gingrich left the house on ethics charges. He was also leading the impeachment of Clinton for having an affair, while he was cheating on his wife. Newt also routinely calls Obama a socialist. However Newt recently called for a US moon base, which would undoubtably be paid for by government spending. In addition he wants their to be orbital commercial activity and private sector space trips. If Newt is serious, then he would have to "assist" private companies in becoming equipped for space travel.

Romney is smart, I have no doubt about it, but he is very inconsistent. In 2002, is gubernatorial campaign distributed gay-rights flyers, and in 1994 said “does not believe in discriminating against people based upon their sexual orientation.” Recently however, he has changed his stance on the issue; most likely this is aimed at attracting social (christian and evangelical) conservatives.

Romney also believes (maybe) "the banks" are hurting under the burden of Obama's socialist regulations. Romney wants (maybe) to deregulate banks, which for anyone who has knowledge about the tragedy of Fannie Mae and Freddy Mac realizes that this is what caused our current financial crisis.

Obama is definitely not perfect, but he is not an embarrassment.

Ron Paul has no historical references to back up his ideologies. He has some interesting ideas, but is ignorant of foreign policy.

He is sincere, but crazy.

Also, I Do not deny that the democratic party has crazies, but they try and to hide their crazies. The republican party on the other hand puts Christine O'donnell on national TV!

It doesn't matter who gets the nomination because if these candidates keep spreading out who wins what state, that means less time the nominees gets to campaign against Obama. With the improvement of the economy, Obama can count on a second term if this shit keeps up.

My vest, which weighs 85-95lbs, plus a pack, at another 20lbs, makes up my 'fighting load.' Not a lot of gals out there who can carry that, let alone run, jump, climb over a wall, get up and down, climb a mountain, and physically beat another individual to death while wearing it. An infantry SQD is expected to be able to carry all their gear on their backs, on foot, over any distance. If you add in gal, who will be unable to carry her share of the team gear, you will put more weight on the rest of the team, slowing down the SQD/team and reducing their mission effectiveness.

Are you telling me that a gal will be able to physically subdue and control a 170lb 25 year old male trained to fuck shit up? The armed forces are no place to enforce politically correct ideals. To many people can get killed.

Not voting is making a statement, just like voting is. If Obama wasn't the current president I probably wouldn't be voting in the coming election to be honest, just to make a statement that I'm not standing for the status quo of conservatives (unless Ron Paul won the nomination- only way I'd actually want to vote). However, I think any one of the Republican schmucks would do a better job with the economy than Obama has been doing, and I really want to be able to get a job ASAP when I graduate college in May.
