Replying to Help me find a song

So I heard this song today which I really liked, but could not find the name. It's a reggae/rap song and I'm not 100% sure on the chorus, but after the guy stopped rapping it was a lady's voice which said up in the streets the call him burglar or birdman, I think it went like that. And at the end of the song he said Jamaica a bunch of times. Its nit much to go by but If any one knows the song post it here. +k to those who help
