hahahaha omg I dont know why i wrote 3500, 2000 is what i meant. I bought it last year used it like 3 times this summer in oregon.

also sorry to double post, but op, what camera are you shooting with? You want to make sure it is in the weight range of the glidecam. It doesn't make sense to get a big one if you camera is too light, even if you plan on getting a bigger camera eventually. Getting one for the wrong size camera will make it very hard to balance and achieve a proper drop time

t2i with 50mm lense so nothing heavy

Good luck. Even some people who are experts at using a glidecam have issues with a 50mm on it. You will find it hard to keep a steady image at even 17mm first. Its a huge learning curve.
