idk bro, i pmed Malcolm. about 6 months back and he just told me to send a SASE to NS HQ (the addy is in the contacts page at the bottom) i sent the sase and havent gotten anything for 6 months, so ive pretty much given up hope. but something might have changed, so i would try pming a redname and see what you can find

I think they're super backed up and they're not taking SASE orders for them for the time being. Not 100% on that though.

yeah I made a thread on TGR about ns stickers, this one guy sent me 3 NS, a couple monster and rockstar ones, and ever a Jiberish J crown one!!

Yes but you have to ask for the jiberish sticker too or else they won't know, unless you're lucky, but I wouldn't take the chance.
