Just chanced on this while trying to come up with meals based on what little is in my fridge:

When making tuna mayo, use equal quantities mayo and GUACAMOLE!

i do tuna, mayo, sweet onion diced up, and squirt of balsamic. maybe cut up a pickle into it too if i have some.
