Best video editing software for windows?

Im trying to put together a short edit, and just dont really know what to use, the last time i had to edit video i used a mac.

vegas pro 11. go to youtube and find a tutorial on how to torrent it.

vegas is complicated to use.. if you're not trying to get a edit with a lot of effect, transition and all those things.. go with Adobe Pro CS4 or CS5 (torrent it)

imo, vegas is super easy to use. what do you think is complicated about it?
