First edit with Premiere Pro

Not bad.  The feel and direction you were trying to go was good  I'd say it lacked more from a filming standpoint, and the mtn. biking wasn't too extreme haha.  Without seeing all the footage you have it's hard to rate you actual editing skills.  I did like the cuts to some close ups.  The shots were you cut to the close ups seemed off a little to me.  Either that or you cut two different shots together that looked similar so the cuts felt a little off as far as timing.  Overall it was good for your first edit.  Just keep doin your thing mayne.

yea.. i got you, it was all handheld on my 60d. I pretty much just took the videos to experiment with colors and cuts in premiere.. How did the colors look to you?

The colors were fine.  Definitely better in the sunny shots.  Color is kind of a personal preference and subject to lighting and camera.
