With all of the questions I see that come up here about specific cameras, whether it be about a specific function, what lens to buy, etc. I think it would be more effective to have individual cults for camera questions/specific discussion, sort of like on DVXuser. This would help unclog the M&A forum of topics that may only pertain to a select few, and still allows for people to discuss their camera gear, but makes it more effective!
However, I think we should keep sales to the main M&A forum, since it gets more traffic.
I was thinking we could have a Canon APS-C, 5d, HVX/DVX, GoPro, Contour, Nikon DSLR's, GH1/GH2 and FS100. If you guys have any ideas for other widely used cameras/camcorders, please post them in the thread.
However, this will only work if people actually use these threads, so please let me know whether you think this idea will be useful.
We will need one member from each camera group to go ahead and take the initiative to start it, and please post a link to it in this thread if you make one.
