Boom, just blow it in late march with your brace on, Yurn your din up and practice you 1080's by landing with your ass on your tails. , make sure it on film. Get er done, our ACL is gonna be blasted till you get it fixed. I dont think those things heal on there own very well.
threadzz for when i need to get a brace for next season.
Dont mean to threadjack OP, but also hate to make a new thread. Anyways, about 4 years ago i broke my tib/fib and tore my ACL. Had surgery and rehab to fix it and all was good. I had a few more minor injuries to the same knee recently, but nothing major enough for me to even go to the hospital. I feel like its all starting to catch up to me now, because im having some pain and instability in ACL region again, especially when i run, wakeboard and golf. My question to those with similar experiences is, should i go through all the effort and cost to get a brace for sports? or is this just something i need to deal with and let heal on its own?
