The single most posted-in thread is about shit you have bought. That is all.

I'm at the very bottom of the middle class; Everything I wear I bought myself over 2 years ago, I'm riding the k2 disorderly's I bought 3 years ago. My mom bought me bindings this year, because I snapped my old ones. Both my parents are helping me out with my tuition, and I'm quite grateful for that. I probably couldn't afford to ski if I hadn't worked at the mountain in high school, and my college has a deal for Whiteface and Gore season's pass for $280. I couldn't afford not to buy it. My biggest restriction this year will be choosing between gas to go to the mountain and gas to see my Lady, and she's wonderful so I know what I'll be choosing when I have to pinch my pennies.
I never said I wasn't a bit materialistic, in fact I like looking good. I just think it's funny that we have people who complain about their first car budget being "only" 20 grand, post threads asking people to decide what they should spend their money on, and complaining about their multi-million dollar houses being too far from the mountain. Even if that last one's a troll, it's not too far off the mark.
Reading over this, I realized two things:
1. This will accomplish nothing.
2. My E-Penis is about to lose an inch
3. I can't count
4. People who let others decide what they want grind my fucking gears
Fortunately, it's the internet, so I'll be taken seriously

it's alright tom, when they get older, they'll be the ones most in debt. i come from a decent family, but i also understand that being debt free is the best asset you can own.
