definitely isn't BN...There would be plastic film on it if never used. If you took it off, then its used. Please don't claim something thats not true.

You have to keep it in a air tight box in-order for a back of an ipod not to get scratched. They'll get marked up if you look at them funny.
But in seriousness, it's obviously not still in the box new, just I looked at it for a while and put it back new.

Good luck selling it though especially when everyone these days has or wants an iPhone.

im just saying... There is obvious wear lines on the top half corners of the ipod. Looks like its from a case. Just my .02
