Looks sick man the only thing good about this lack of snow is we're gonna have an amazing sprig and summer of fishing cant wait to fish the stonefly hatch this spring without huge CFS flows

The fish towards the end of the video were native Cutthroat trout.  We were fishing in the Bob Marshall Wilderness and they fought harder than any fish I caught that year.

That was great! I'm planning on making a MT fly fishing edit this year so I'll probably pm you sometime for tips if that's cool. I have fished all over Montana and a lot of that looks familiar.

Since they're from the Bob Marshall Wilderness, then they're probably Westslopes.
The rest of the cutthroats in the edit were Yellowstones, correct?

This video is awesome, best fishing edit I've ever seen by far. I fished in Glacier a few summers and it was awesome. Definitely a great state for fishing, so many options for trout.
I made a little edit last spring I'll post up later.

I can't wait to see more of your stuff!

Really good. It has always been my dream to take at least a week trip into the bob to fish and live. Hopefully this summer.... What time of year did you go? Looked like later summerish?

Ya man shoot me a PM anytime.  I don't check my messages on here much though.  Check my blog out sometime though.

And the fish at the end were Native Westslope Cutts, no yellowstones.

wow man. not sure if it's cause i'm ripped, but that was the sickest edit i've seen! scenery was amazing, i'd love to get out to montana fly fishing. you could definitely tell you were loving every minute of it!

i've been out to lee's ferry a few times and a few other places on the colorado on vacation, but don't think it compares to that. different scenery for sure...i've just been getting into fly fishing these past few years, always been a spinner...i'll never go back, no comparison between the two lol.

anyways, awesome edit dude, i'll be checking out your blog for sure!

love the edit, I have fished the madison river out there and absolutely loved it.

went up to the mountains here in NC yesterday to go skiing and it started to rain so I ended up fly fishing, caught me a nice 19" rainbow and a little 15". really odd fishing in february
