Hey Piot - you can impeach a President for blind policy and insipid motivation. A president can only be impeached on the grounds of federal crime - i.e. perjury, treason, etc. Mostly crimes against the state. Maybe you think his past four years have been a crime against the state, but constitutionally, he's safe from impeachment.

it just says that bill bas introduced to the house doesn't say anything about whether or not it was passed also it would be political suicide for bush to instate the draft before he is reelected (if he is reelected) that would change so many peoples votes
