Anyone have any tips on bringing mutes and tails into spins?
really having trouble about this..

Just really focus on getting the grab with the tricks that you are most comfortable with. Start at 3 and go from there.

Pull up your feet, atleast a little. If you have straight feet it's VERY hard to do grabs, especially tailgrabs and mute... lol

always think about bringing your knees up to your chest. even if you're spinning without a grab it will keep you more stable.
