anybody that hits the gym, trying to watch there weight (like me) or just wants to try a different but healthy cookie. I found a recipe for Oatmeal protein cookies... and jesus they are addictive.
1 and 3/4 cup of dry oats
4 scoops of whey vanilla or chocolate protein powder (I used vanilla)
1/2 cup of unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup of egg whites
1 tablespoon splenda
1 tablespoon olive oil
Next you can add whatever spices you want to it. I put in fresh blueberries, coconut shreds, and cinnamon. Stir that bitch up until its all mixed and pre-heat your oven to 325 and bake dem bitches for 10-15 mins.
