Help on a plan to have a trip

Next year during feb-march sometime then my friend and I planning on hitting breck or keystone. Our parents said it was fine, by that time next year ill be 16 and friend will be 15. Does anyone think we wouild have a hard time? Also what do you guys think would happen since were not 18 and need a cheep hotel.
I know this is probably early to post over a year in a head, but then theres a small chance we will go this year. And if this would work out, would anyone be down to show us around? Thanks.

As long as your parents credit card is on the reservation you should be fine, but dot come to summit its so flat here
