although we cant measure an electrons full information, momentum and location, that doesnt mean an electron has only one of the two. it is theoretically impossible for a human or robot to know both.
information is never destroyed, therefore the universe "knows" everything that happened in the past.
in college we used to stick m80s in apples and watch them blow apart. we could collect all the peices of the apple and put it back together but since alot of the exact measurements (information) stored in the original apple and will be sent out to space so we can never retrieve all the information to restore the exact same apple, although this information will forever be stored in the universe.
