ESPN asking to use my video

Sorry for another post, but I want some advice, and pretty quick too if at all possible.

I got an email from nicole coffey from espn asking if she could use my video. Do I ask if we should talk licensing first? Her email doesn't really say much, other than they want to use it this morning... And i am not sure how to go about it.

so far

video has appeared on G4, Good Morning America, Jimmy Kimmel, and Inside Edition (ABC, CBS)

got a call from the travel channel as well
