Replying to Backyard setup, a bad idea?
So I made it a goal to build a backyard setup, I finished it waited for snow and finally got to use it. I use my skis from forever ago as beaters, that are a ton smaller than my normal park skis. So I've been practicing some new tricks on my rail. The problem is when I get to actually go ski my skis feel heavy so it takes a while to get used to my regular skis. I'm a ski instructor so my park time is limited and the weight differential has been holding back my riding. Any tips on what to do besides use my regular skis in my backyard, anybody else have this problem?
