Soloman sth 14 Broken??

So i have soloman sth 14 on mr ar6. Yesterday i took some falls and my ski popped off like usual. The heel of my binding was popped up and i didn't notice and i easily put my foot in my binding just like i would have if it was down. I took them into the shop and the guy truththed them or something, He moved the screw right below the din setting. (i don't know much about bindings). But he said the teeth that hold the binding to the plate could be worn down and i might need new bindings. Is that true?

I hope this makes sense.

There is nothing that you can really notice thats different but they are a little loose.

Honestly seems like more of a screw issue, which would cost a shitload less than a binding. From what you've said though I really have no fucking clue as to whats going on. Teeth from binding to plate? I didn't realize Salomon was including plates that have necessary 'teeth' or screw components with their sth 14's.
